Passage Creek Environmental (PCE)
was founded by James E. (Jim) Irre to provide environmental and regulatory consulting services to the land development community in the Mid-Atlantic Region, including Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
With regulatory consulting experience that began in 1990, PCE specializes in identification of the natural resource issues that may affect your site development, and will review your proposed site plan, making recommendations that will help you to overcome those difficulties. We are capable of assisting you with identification of natural areas that may be regulated by the Federal Clean Water Act and by State water protection laws in the Mid-Atlantic.
PCE can provide a complete delineation of all wetlands and waters within your site boundaries, which will allow you to design a development which minimizes your exposure in the regulatory permit process. PCE also provides a variety of other development services, and will work alongside your engineering professionals to assist you in achieving your development goals.
In Virginia, PCE is registered as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and as a SWaM vendor. We can provide company and individual information for inclusion in your documentation when responding to Request for Proposal (RFP) advertisements from private and public sector clients. Contact us for more information.
